Approaching a player at another club is a private conversation. Shortlisted players sit beside your squad in the same system and are structurally barred from anything the club publishes.
Run a first team, a reserve side and an academy group in one club. Each has its own coach, its own squad and its own fees, and a player belongs to one at a time. A training session can be for several teams at once, and your first team can play your seconds in a friendly — the result counts for both, on the right side.
The schedule and the record read one team at a time or all of them together, so a reserve-team coach sees their own fixtures and their own results rather than the first team's.
A session is timed blocks, each pulling a drill from your library. Draw the shape, write the coaching points, print it.
Write the club's agreement, code of conduct or media consent — from a blank page, or from a template that asks a few questions and hands you a draft to edit. Send it to the whole squad or to one team. Signed on a phone with a finger, and kept as the exact wording that player agreed to, even after you change it.
You decide when the club starts collecting and what it charges — one rate for everyone, or a lower one for the reserves. Players pay in full or across the season, into the club's own Stripe account at its own rates. The club sees who is covered without anyone keeping a list.
Not every club wants a card processor, and plenty already collect by Zelle or Venmo. Put your handle in and players see it on their own page; mark what arrives and the balance follows. Cards, bank transfer and cash sit alongside it, and a club can use one or all of them.
Albums by occasion, filed under the day it happened rather than the day somebody got round to uploading them. Photographs and video, and an album stays staff-only until you turn it on for the squad — so a coach can put two hundred pictures up across an evening without players watching them arrive one at a time. When it is ready the squad is told, once.

The player portal
The staff side is half the system. Every player signs in to their own — their card and their record, the sessions they have been called to, the tactics they have been shown, and the paperwork and fees that are theirs to settle. A squad that actually signs in is a squad you stop chasing.
