Squadify is built in partnership with Sammamish FC and runs its season — a semi-professional side in the UPSL Premier Division. Every feature on this site is one that club needed on a Tuesday.

Mission

Put the machinery of a professional club within reach of every serious one.

The problem

Roster apps model a team and a calendar, because that is a real problem and they solved it. A club is a different object. It recruits, it plans, it selects, it signs people, and it collects money. Software that stops at the calendar leaves the other five jobs to live in documents, group chats, and one person's head.

Where this goes

One record for a player, from the first note on a shortlist to a signed agreement, a season of appearances and a fee marked paid. One system for the whole club — first team, reserves and age groups side by side — carrying a club's history with it rather than leaving it behind in the spreadsheets it came from.

When a feature here sounds oddly specific — a shortlist with the stages a coach actually uses, an agreement with a signature box rather than a checkbox — it is because it was written the week somebody needed it.

The people building it also run the club

One founder manages Sammamish FC's first team. The other is its president. Every decision Squadify makes is tested against a real season, in a real league, before it reaches another club — so the clubs that come next get a product that has already survived one.

Adam Sidiali

Founder, Engineering

Sammamish native, software engineer and serial founder. Played for Skyline High School, Eastside FC and Crossfire Premier, then trialled professionally in Germany and Ukraine.

Played Sammamish FC's inaugural UPSL season and took the Fall 2025 Golden Boot and Best Attacking Player, scoring more goals than anyone else in the division. Writes the software, and is president of the club it runs.

Amin Sidiali

Founder, Product

Raised in Sammamish and captained Skyline High School, then moved to England to play and to study psychology at the University of Manchester. Appointed manager of its Development Squad in 2022.

Three seasons, three league titles and three successive BUCS promotions, a UEFA C licence from the England FA, and a Managerial Legacy Award presented at the Etihad. Manages Sammamish FC's first team, and decides what Squadify does next.

The whole product, at every price A cheaper plan that has had recruitment and fees removed is not a cheaper product, it is a worse one. Plans differ on how many players you have. Nothing else.

Never in the middle of your money Players pay the club directly — by card into its own Stripe account, or by whatever it already uses. Squadify charges a subscription and takes no percentage of anything a club collects.

Your data leaves when you do Ask for everything the club has in it — squad, fixtures, stats, plans, signed documents — and you get it, in a form you can read without Squadify. No charge, and no questions asked.
